- $1575 / 3 nights, 3 night minimum or $2500 / week (non-Holiday).
- $4200 / week for Christmas, New Years, President’s Holiday weeks (whole week only).
- $4000 / week for Thanksgiving, Easter, St Patricks, Martin Luther King weeks.
- $2000 deposit.
- $275 cleaning fee.
- 13.25% Truckee Occupancy Tax.
